What you'll do

  • Develop sales playbooks, discovery frameworks, and objection-handling guides
  • Design and deliver training programs for SDRs, AEs, and sales leaders
  • Create coaching cadences and performance improvement frameworks
  • Measure enablement impact on quota attainment and win rates

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or sales consulting
  • Experience building playbooks and training programs at scale
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Background in B2B technology sales preferred
