What you'll do
- Develop sales playbooks, discovery frameworks, and objection-handling guides
- Design and deliver training programs for SDRs, AEs, and sales leaders
- Create coaching cadences and performance improvement frameworks
- Measure enablement impact on quota attainment and win rates
What we're looking for
- 5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or sales consulting
- Experience building playbooks and training programs at scale
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Background in B2B technology sales preferred
